LYNK Mortgage is a direct private lender specializing in fix & flip, bridge, new construction, and DSCR rental loans for real estate investors. We've funded over $1 billion in loans across 31 states, and every one of those dollars went toward a property that's now worth more, housing families who need it, or generating income for an investor building long-term wealth.
Why We Built LYNK Mortgage
Our founding team spent decades inside banks and mortgage companies — originating loans, running lending divisions, and closing over $1 billion a year in volume. We also invested in real estate ourselves. So we understood both sides: the investor who needs capital fast to win a deal, and the lender who needs to underwrite it responsibly.
What we also saw was that banks were getting slower, more rigid, and less willing to serve real estate investors. Regulations designed for consumer lending were being applied to business-purpose loans, and good investors with strong deals were getting turned away or waiting 60 days for an answer.
